I met Dr. Rojas about a month ago for my son’s orthodontics consultation. I interviewed multiple orthodontists in Coral Springs, but she and her office manager, Marjorie, stood out as being exceptionally professional, caring, and knowledgeable. My son, who is 12, appreciated the time they took to explain everything to him as if he was an adult (after having asked for my permission of course). My son is naturally nervous, but they helped him to feel comfortable by talking with him in a calm and clear way. The consultation was finished when we no longer had questions left as opposed to being rushed out. Today was my son’s expander appointment. Before the appointment began, Marjorie wrote a letter to excuse my son’s absence from school in case we would need it. I didn’t have to ask. Good thing too, because I had too much on my mind, and I did not think about it. Anyway, Marjorie must have cared enough to think for me, and she volunteered the letter. The appointment itself was difficult for my son—he had anxiety, but Dr. Rojas and her assistant, Sandra, were genuinely concerned and supportive. Marjorie stepped in to help at one point too. I have been a patient for over a decade and I cannot recommend this team enough! They treated me for my braces years ago, then treated my little sister for hers, and now we both return regularly for our routine cleanings. Both my sister and I have highly sensitive teeth and a very low pain tolerance, but the team always goes above and beyond to ensure we have the easiest, most comfortable experience possible. They are incredibly understanding of patient care, making thoughtful accommodations to keep us pain free. A recent experience reflects how mindful and caring the team is: I accidentally left my Stanley water bottle at the office during a visit. I didn't remember it until I was on my way to my next cleaning six months later. When I asked if they by any chance still had it, they brought it out! They had kept it safe all that time with a sticky note detailing the exact date.The office is always exceptionally clean, fresh, and welcoming, and the entire staff is incredibly amicable and kind. Excellent service! My son had been to other another office and told braces wouldn’t work for him, they wanted to do clear aligners but I wanted braces for him because he is young and aligners can get lost easily. We went to Dr. Rojas for a second opinion and she told us that he was indeed a candidate for braces, she was very detailed explaining his process. Fast forward, a couple months later his teeth and bite are looking amazing! Everyone at the office is kind and caring. The office is very clean and peaceful. Will get my other son braces with them soon.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. B. Patricia Rojas and the entire team at Coral Springs Family Orthodontics. Dr. Rojas did an excellent job with a crown on one of my teeth that had been causing me a lot of pain, and she also removed my wisdom teeth. Everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention. I was very nervous at first, but she made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The procedures went smoothly, and the recovery was much better than I expected. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and very professional. I truly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. Thank you, Dr. Rojas, for your excellent work and for taking such great care of me!
